In the late 19th century, a famous female travel writer landed on “The Golden Chersonese”. She observed life and explored the coastal land before going to the interior through the mangrove swamp. What she found and experienced were shown through invaluable descriptions and delightful hand-drawn sketches. Today this land is called Peninsular Malaysia. From muddy mangroves to misty mountain ranges, Peninsular Malaysia’s diverse tropical landscape offers various nature-based experiences in adventure, photography, and appreciation.
